  Based in Kent, we are the children and young performers' division of Kenley-based LA MANAGEMENT.
  
  We are looking to manage children and young performers from 2yrs-18yrs through spotlight and our unique icasting system for varying talents within the entertainment industry.
  
  Here at LA MINI MANAGEMENT we're not just after the "pretty face", we would like fun characters, with big personalities, bags of talent and an air of fun!
  
  If you are outgoing and fun and would like to be given the opportunity to be on T.V, to sing, dance or act on stage, then we would love to hear from you!
